Yes, it is a bag for your tai chi sword; epee.
The problem i have with it, is it is tall small. Not small in lengh, but small in size. i train with the chinese sable, as well as the tai chi sword. There is absolutely no way can you fit the two in the bag, even the sable hasa hard time on it's own. some times i have to carry two swords, this is not possible.
But as a bag for one sword, it's ok.
